Name: Josselyn Rodriguez - Operations Manager
Nickname: Jossy

Josselyn joined the Best Cleanup team in 2014 as a file clerk, filing paperwork. Within a few years, her hard work and skill have catapulted her to Operations Manager where she runs the day-to-day workings of the company. She prides herself on her ability to unravel knots, smooth out rough edges and make the impossible happen.
Her vision for Best Cleanup is to see the company expand to more facilities and increase revenue so every employee can enjoy the benefits of the incredible work Best Cleanup offers.
Josselyn holds a Water Mitigation Certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration and seeks to continually improve her skillset.
In her free time Josselyn enjoys the natural splendor North Carolina affords, hiking the many trails and walks in and around Charlotte. She’s an affectionate companion to her dog Miso and enjoys gardening. On a quiet evening you can find her sipping tea and painting.
Name: Jose Joaquín Rodriguez - Project Manager

Jose is a man of few words. He prefers to let the quality of his work speak for him. With over 23 years in the restoration and renovation industry, Jose has seen it all. If you’ve got an emergency, or just need a problem fixed, he has the tools, experience and training to get the job done right, the first time. Jose’s been with Best Cleanup for fourteen years.
He believes strongly in community and prides himself, and Best Cleanup, on being good community partners and neighbors. His vision for Best Cleanup is that it expands both in services offered and community partnerships.
Jose holds multiple certifications from the standard-setting Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration including Mold, Water and Fire Services. He is also an Independent Adjuster, a licensed General Contractor and holds a certification in Microbial Remediation Project Management from the University of Michigan.
In his spare time, Jose enjoys continuing his education and working on projects around the house. Whenever he can, he enjoys traveling and experiencing new and different cultures.

A force to be reckoned with, Concepción has been with Best Cleanup from the beginning in 2006 and is a driving force in the work. She is known for burning the midnight oil to get a project off the ground and bring it to completion on time. Her dedication to her work and her vision for the future are unmatched. Concepción sees Best Cleanup going nationwide and is ready to make it happen!
One of her passions is seeing customers satisfied with a job well done and making sure her coworkers share in the praise. She’s a true “team player.”
Concepción is highly skilled, holding a certification in Water and Fire Services from the prestigious Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration as well as having received education in Small Business Administration from the Latin American Chamber of Commerce. She is continually training to refine her knowledge and add new skills to better serve the needs of customers and Best Cleanup.
Concepción loves to laugh and share her joy for life with her grandson. She also enjoys bird watching and caring for the many plants in her home.

Hello! I'm Gabriela Arias, an account manager at Best Cleanup LLC since 2022. I'm proud to work for a company that strives to provide innovative and high-quality restoration solutions to our clients.
In addition to my work, I enjoy spending time with my children and watching them grow and learn every day. I love being surrounded by nature and taking every opportunity to explore and connect with the natural world. I'm also an avid reader and always have a good book on hand to enjoy in my free time.
I consider myself a calm and relaxed person, which allows me to stay composed even in work crises. I'm very helpful and willing to assist my colleagues and clients in whatever they need. Benito loves what he does, and it shows. He has 21 years in the industry and has been with Best Cleanup since 2009. Benito has been working on both residential and commercial properties for over two decades, with experience in water, fire, wind, and mold mitigation. He holds a certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration in Water and Mold Services. Discovering new tricks and techniques still gives him a thrill, after all these years.
His vision for Best Cleanup is to see it become a leader in the industry and he’s working hard to make it so.
Though he takes his work very seriously, Benito is known around the office as a fun-loving guy with a penchant for practical jokes.
Outside of work, Benito enjoys taking his family to theme parks, especially Disney and Universal Studios, two of his favorites. He also likes to challenge himself with his own projects around the house.
